Engagements fall into one of three shapes. Pick whichever sounds closest to where you are and we'll refine from there. If none of them quite fit, email us anyway — we'd rather point you somewhere useful than pretend we're the right fit.

Build your product, with us

End-to-end product engineering. Bring us your designs (or a deck, or a napkin sketch) and we'll build a production-grade version alongside you — best for founders getting a first usable version into users' hands, or rebuilding a no-code MVP you've outgrown.

What you get

  • Senior engineering with a designer's eye — we'll build faithfully from your designs, and provide light art direction if you haven't got a designer yet.
  • Production-grade foundations: TypeScript, automated tests, accessibility from day one, a real deploy pipeline — not a prototype pretending to be a product.
  • Happy to work from Figma, a deck, or a whiteboard photo — we'll translate it into something that ships.
  • Written updates at each milestone so you always know where we are.
  • A documented handover so you can own, extend, or hire against what we build.

Best for

Pre-launch founders, solo operators with a clear idea and no engineer, or small teams adding a new product line without distracting their existing crew.

Join your team for a defined piece of work

We embed in your existing engineering team — ticketed, in your standups, reviewing PRs — for a defined piece of work. Good when the scope is clear and you need an extra senior pair of hands that can hit the ground running.

What you get

  • Senior TypeScript, React, Node and design-system experience from a single point of contact.
  • A collaborator who writes boring, maintainable code — not clever code your team has to rewrite later.
  • Clean handover when the engagement ends: docs, tests, and nothing weird left behind.
  • A particular strength in front-end performance, accessibility, design-system work, and motion.

Best for

Well-specced greenfield features, design-system migrations, React Native work, GraphQL client layers, accessibility remediation, or a longer stretch alongside an in-house team — anywhere the spec reads "we need a senior person we can trust".

Extra senior eyes, without a full engagement

Retained advisory work by the hour or a small fixed monthly block. Good for founders and engineering leads who don't need a new hire, just a sounding board from people who've seen a lot of codebases.

What you get

  • Architecture reviews and technical roadmapping.
  • Code reviews on critical PRs or whole repositories.
  • Help shaping a design system, accessibility strategy, or front-end migration.
  • Hiring support: writing JDs, screening, running technical interviews.
  • A direct line for "quick question" moments that would otherwise stall your team for a week.

Best for

Non-technical founders with a small engineering team, engineering leads who want a senior peer to bounce decisions off, and teams quietly worried about something they haven't named yet.
